Acceptance
By using terracefinanceapply.com or submitting an application through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
What this platform is — and is not
Terrace Finance is not a lender or a lessor. We operate a platform that processes your application and presents it to third-party lenders and lessors in our network. We do not make credit or lease decisions, we do not set rates, fees or terms, and we do not fund transactions.
If a provider makes you an offer and you accept it, your agreement is with that provider. That provider sets the terms, collects the payments, handles servicing and payoff, and decides whether to report the account to consumer reporting agencies.
Nothing on this site is an offer or a commitment to lend or lease. Approval, approval amount and terms are determined by the provider and are not guaranteed.
Eligibility
- You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your state — 18 in most states, 19 in Alabama and Nebraska, and 21 in Mississippi
- You must be a United States resident with a valid Social Security number and government-issued identification
- You must apply for yourself, or on behalf of a business you are authorised to bind
- Programs are not available in every state or for every product category
Your information and accuracy
You agree that the information you submit is true, accurate and complete, and that you will update it if it changes while your application is being considered. Submitting information you know to be false in a credit application may be a federal crime.
By submitting an application, you authorise us to present it to lenders and lessors in our network and to obtain consumer report information for the purpose of routing and evaluating it. See the Credit Pull Policy.
You consent to receive communications about your application by email, telephone and text message at the contact details you provide. [Confirm the TCPA consent language and opt-out mechanics with counsel; message and data rates may apply, and STOP must end text messages.]
Third-party providers and merchants
The network includes independent businesses we do not control. We are not responsible for a provider’s decisions, terms, conduct or servicing, nor for a merchant’s products, delivery, installation or warranty. Disputes about an agreement you signed, or about goods you purchased, are between you and that provider or merchant.

Calculators and estimates
The calculators and estimates on this site are illustrations only. They use representative rate ranges and assumptions, exclude taxes, delivery, fees and initial payments, and are not a quote, an offer, or a disclosure under the Truth in Lending Act or any state lease-purchase statute. Your actual figures come from the provider in writing before you sign.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit an application for anyone other than yourself or a business you may bind
- Use the site to commit fraud or to launder money
- Scrape, crawl, reverse engineer or copy the site or its content
- Interfere with the operation or security of the site, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours
- Use the site in violation of any law or regulation
Intellectual property
The site, its design, text, graphics and code are owned by Terrace Finance Corp. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Third-party names and marks referenced on this site, including those of other financing providers, are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and comparison only.
Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any application will result in an offer.
Nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terrace Finance Corp. and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of your use of the site. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Terrace Finance Corp. from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or information you submit that is false or that you were not authorised to provide.
Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada without regard to conflict of laws principles. [Decide with counsel whether to include an arbitration agreement and class action waiver. We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
